Calling your service team was genuinely one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The entire experience has been a headache from the start, and your technician Mandeep is at the center of it. All we initially needed was a simple motor replacement. But instead of fixing the actual issue, Mandeep insisted that a bunch of other parts also needed to be changed. Trusting his recommendation, we agreed and ended up spending around ₹8,000. The machine worked for barely 20 days before the spin stopped again. When we called your team back—because the repair clearly failed—we were told we had to pay another ₹450 visit charge. Instead of standing by their work, they wanted more money just to show up, which was frustrating beyond words. I went to the shop to explain the situation, and Mandeep again stepped in. This time he immediately claimed the pressure sensor was faulty. I told him clearly that the machine had been working fine earlier and suddenly the spin stopped, but he didn’t listen. He charged ₹800, replaced the part, and the machine still didn’t work. Only then did he casually say it was a “50–50 chance.” Who gives customers a “maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t” repair? That’s not fixing anything—that’s guessing. Next, he said the IC board was the issue. At this point it felt like every visit from Mandeep came with a new explanation and a new cost, with no real diagnosis. I specifically told him not to damage anything else and just repair what needed repairing. But after he worked on it again, the situation got even worse—the entire machine stopped working, including functions that were perfectly fine before. Worst service ever.May god close this faulty shops

Worst experience ever had they do not know how to deal with customers plus they are the biggest cheaters in the market with no remorse of doing wrong with the customers. They will take hard earned money of customers and don't even give one percent of service of that money. I will advice other customers to be cautious ⚠️ of this shop and there dealers.

Worst experience of my life.I will pray to god will never face people like them.Having no sense to deal with customers.I suffered a lot They gave me defaulter AC .I return the ac after 2 days and they refund me less amount (3000). Totally fraud so never choose their services.Better to go for new one because it costs more than new.

Better go for new one instead of buying from this place. I've spent almost double the amount for my Washing machine which stopped working within 1 week.If we call these people for repairing, they will visit multiple times and we have to pay for each visit and still issue is not resolved.
