OnePlus Exclusive Service Center

Visited this place which is actually on the main road along with OnePlus sales, but they’ve now separated it and shifted the service center inside a small lane. I gave my brother’s OnePlus 10 Pro for repair as it completely stopped responding. After checking, they said the motherboard is gone and they don’t have any replacement motherboards because the company stopped producing them. I was shocked — if a company selling premium phones stops manufacturing essential parts, where are customers supposed to go? They simply said, “It’s company policy,” and casually suggested buying a new phone. Who are they to tell me that? Don’t I already know when to buy a new phone? Spending 60–70k on a device and not getting support after a few years is absolutely unacceptable. I even saw 2–3 other customers arguing with them for the same reason. They keep giving lame excuses and hiding behind “company policy.” Let me remind them — company policies should protect customers, not go against them. Useless and pathetic service by OnePlus. I strongly suggest everyone never buy a OnePlus phone unless you want to be stuck without support and at high risk.

Recently visited to repair my oneplus nord CE 5 which got damaged due to a fall. Place is decent, spacious, well equipped. However, in first meeting I was told it would take 7 - 10 days since display for the model is out of stock. This does not make sense since that's a new model and should be available. However, manager Venkat was helpful and got the inventory sourced from a different centre and got my phone repaired on the same day. Would recommend visiting this centre.

I visited for a screen crack issue on my OnePlus 8T (Token No: F156, Date: 07/02/2025). Special thanks to Manager Mr. Venkatesh Rayella for the excellent support and clear, proper explanation of the issue and service process. He was very professional, patient, and transparent, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Credits also to the OnePlus Online Tech Team for their support and coordination, and a big shout-out to the service center technicians who completed the repair within a couple of hours. Their efficiency and technical skills were impressive. Overall, very satisfied with the service quality, turnaround time, and customer handling. Highly recommended OnePlus service center 👍
