I had a thoroughly frustrating experience with Air Trendz. Initially, I searched for AC installation and uninstallation, and they quoted me a price of 1500 INR for both services. They uninstalled my AC as promised, but when it came time for installation, things went downhill. They informed me that my window was an issue and instructed me to remove it to place the outdoor unit. After making me handle this, they claimed to be busy with other calls and left me hanging. Since then, they've been unresponsive and provided no clear answers or updates. I've called multiple times, only to be told, "We'll check and get back to you." No one has come to complete the installation, and I'm left feeling completely helpless. This company has shown a severe lack of professionalism and reliability, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

Highly recommend this company for their high quality of work as well as customer friendliness. They have all the latest technologies in the air conditioning and installation space - be it for home or commercial. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Chakrapani, Ms Reshma and Mr Rakib and would like to commend them on their professionalism.

I didn’t like the way company lied to me for ac copper pipe installation.They mentioned Mandev copper pipe will be provided. installation guy brought some Chinese company brand in Mandev pack( which was already open). While installation was about to complete I noticed the different brand pipe . When i called the representative they told its mandev pipe only. And branding is not present. I showed them pipe pictures from mandev , still they were not accepting their error. I asked them to provide unpacked pipe picture as proof also but they didnt budge. Only when i warned them i will cancel the installation, they agreed to reduce the pricing . 2 stars as i agreed for installation with same brand pipe they brought.
