Worst service from the team No proper information on any updates and all false promises Keep the customers waiting for hours to give an update and the most saddest part is they do not answer the phone calls.

No response. They just want to change the parts even though there is no defect. Got the AC parts replaced, after that no response from the technician nor the owner. Shakeel Ahmed was the technician and he changed the parts in the AC and after a couple of days the AC stopped working. Till date he doesn't answer the calls nor does he revert back. I would never suggest their services. They are just good with words nor work!!!

Not at all satisfied with DAIKIN SERVICE CENTER. I have a split AC which is not cooling, its motherboard got corrupted. I called them multiple times for the service they never appeared at all. They directly diverted my call to 3rd party service provider this happened 3-4 times. Each time they came to my home they charged me ₹350/- for visiting charges regardless my issue was not solved. Very very disappointing for a company like DAIKIN. Then afterwards I registered my complaint online on DAIKIN’S official website. The technician was good but the company is selling used components without warranty and telling me that company it self is not providing warranty so how could we possibly give it. Also before placing the order for the motherboard I asked the service provider for official quotation, MRP, warranty and other genuine information like will they provide me brand new PCB or used one, they told me they will definitely provide me with a brand new one. They failed to provide me any of them.

Worst after sales service ever.. technician was assigned after so many days n now they are not coming to fix the problem. They don't response to call or msgs. NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM DAIKIN HYDERABAD
