The same issue has come up again and the actual problem has not been addressed even though I paid them over 4000 for one hour work. They refuse to honour the warranty claim and address the issue. I would not recommend Hussain and Focus Aircon. I will not have to hire someone else to finish the job. Please avoid Focus Aircon and get everything in writing if you do use them, they are cheating customer and false promise. BE careful!
