Doorstep Hub Service Center

Ordered refrigerator repair service from them. The technician came from from Ashok Enterprises and gave wrong information about compressor being faulty and left after taking the visiting charges. The actual fault was gas issue and needed filter replacement. Which was solved by other technician. Brought this to Doorstep hub and they took the matter seriously. After investigation they asked the technician to refund the amount. They followed the issue to proper closure. Good job done Doorstep hub. Would recommend this as they followed the issue on complaint. Could have been much better if they take survey of the customer after the job is done. This would bring transparency to the process.
