Purchased top load WM in 2023.Raised 12 complaint tickets since 2024 April.Machine producing abnormal sound.Replaced board,safety switch,Twice suspension.Multiple emails sent,even to management,NCH.No response from IFB.Legal notice,reminder notice,videos sent.Without GST bill they sold Stabilizer,stand,liquids etc.

I have purchased and using ifb front door washing machine and ifb microwave oven frm past 4 years. Ifb service is very bad. They don't settle warranty claims. The after service and products are very bad. Gives requent problems and break down.
