It is very bad, no help was given and no attention was paid to the consumer, I wasted my time by going there and not only this, I went to two service centers in Gwalior on the same date but the experience there was also bad, it would have been better to go to some other shop instead of this, anyone should know here, buy a good new mobile, that is much better
