Croma - City Center

I visited a Croma store for the second time, and I couldn't help but notice the stark difference in how customers are treated. It’s disappointing to see that employees don’t offer the same level of service to everyone. If you're buying a high-end, expensive item, they’re attentive and eager to assist. But if you're looking for something more affordable, they barely acknowledge you, ignore your questions, and show little interest in helping. The disparity in customer service is quite evident and frankly, quite frustrating.

I am agree to almost every 1 star rating reviews here. no specific incident needed to e mentioned as it would seem repeated. the service is very pathetic, I would suggest everyone to never get an extended warranty on any product it is a scam... whenever you will ask for the services they have promised at the time of purchase, they will deny to provide it they will keep repeating the same thing that we will resolve but they don't intend to do so. secondly the promise of free installation is also a scam.. we have purchased a geyser and when asked for the installation they have rudely told my father (senior citizen) that, first get the old geyser removed then only we will install the new one and disconnected the call and updated the status that site is not ready for installation... no further details are needed to explain the pathetic services .. and the reviews are of no value since no one is reviewing them, responses are system generated and nothing will be done for the same. clearly RUINING THE REPUTATION OF TATA

I purchased Havells gyger from store and worst service I got from store. MR. ROHIT from employee id is 27681 from store complaint department even not register my complaint and not tried 100 times to call but not picked up the phone.i strongly recommends not to buy any products and service from this store

Bad Service. We ordered a 75" TV the delivery workers didn't even try to take the TV on 1st floor and simply said it will not fit and took it back. Not Satisfied with Chroma Services

This is one of the fraud store in Gwalior of Chroma. They will not tell you about the product in details or show you product until you make the payment then they will be ready with their goons to talk rudely with you. I would never suggest this store to any one specially if going with family. They have ruined TATA reputation here.
