If there would have been option of giving negative stars then I would have rated that. Totally nonsense service worthless and worst service in the whole world. Worst service company till date. If you have extra money kindly use it for donation , atleast you would get blessing in return but never pay in resq. Please mark my words you would regret nothing else Its been 3 months for the service which I already paid but there is no response from the team The whole team and the company is fraud.

Horrible experience. We bought extended warranty for our side by side refrigerator . We could not connect to anyone even for registering a complaint. Refrigerator was dead from 5 days. No one is responding. We were told to visit. We tried to do that. The shop location was wrong so could not locate it. No contact number iz givdn to directly ask where to go.

Never ever buy anything from Reliance Digital. The service of ResQ is third class to the power infinity. They have outsourced their services to some cheap third party service centers who have recruited some unskilled inexperienced mechanics at cheap rates who don't have any knowledge on the electronic items. They will literally screw up your devices and the attitude of the cheap mechanics are at next level. Totally unprofessional and cheap service. We are victim of such pathetic service. It's highly recommended not to take any service from ResQ. If there would have been rating of negative star to the power infinity, I would have given that to ResQ.

Most people are talking about Reliance Digital store but let me talk but after sales service. It’s terrible. My laptop which I purchased from Reliance Digital stopped working after just a few months. My laptop was a gaming laptop but I never used it for gaming. It was primary used for light web browsing and programming. So it wasn’t even put to its maximum capabilities. So I give my laptop to Reliance ResQ for repair and after 10 days, they gave me the laptop back. But they didn’t even perform any repairs. The problem was still there and I gave the laptop back immediately. Since then they failed to give the laptop back twice and kept extending the delivery date by 10 days once and by 7 days again. Then finally they asked for a further 7 days extension. In total, my laptop is sitting with them for 37 days and still no sign of repair. And it’s not just me. Look up online and you’ll find many reviews about how Reliance Digital sells defective products and then make the buying experience worst by delivering terrible after sales service. So save yourself the trouble and walk away from Reliance digital and ResQ.
