Look how pathetic and disgusting this looks. The installation didn’t even care that entire thing can damage during in a storm and that exactly happened today. When I called them again to alter the location they asked for additional 5k . Why should a customer suffer for all of this??

Absolutely terrible service. They will charge you Rs 1500 for "installation charges" and then do an incomplete job of it saying they dont do electrical work. Save yourself some money and order your electronics from amazon for cheaper. You can install it for cheaper by calling an electrician as you have to pay for an electrician anyway EDIT: In response to the reply posted by the company, Classic next door installed equipment for free. Every other Voltas AC shop I enquired had free installation.

Best place to buy AC for your home. Recently I bought 1.5 ton AC for my home and the person who is incharge of all the electronic products is a very knowledgeable person, I don't recall his name. He is a very humble person and he gets job done in no time. I definitely recommend everyone reading this comment to visit this store. You'll gonna get electronic products at a very genuine rate.
