*I wish there was an option for 0 or negative stars* So here is my issue!! I have contacted this service centre and they have sent one technician Shubhankar who came to repair our Washing Machine on 22nd June. Initially he said that the circuit is defective, so he took the circuit with him and came back the second day ie on 23rd June, saying circuit is fine and the problem lies in the lock. He fixed the lock and took Rs 1900 from us. It worked for 5 minutes and he left. Since then the machine is not working at all. We have been calling the technician incessantly along with the service centre guy. They are repeatedly giving us excuses and without even visiting again they are saying the problem is in motor. They are giving us dates and now they are shamelessly refusing to help us out. Neither they are willing to refund us. Never ever opt for this service centre. They take away your money, patience and time!

I found the worst service provider through this search engine.... they literally just came and removed one sock which was stuck in the dryer somewhere down there and thts it they charged 600 for nothing
