Our society, BPTP Terra, has a service contract with Pahuja Aircon for AC maintenance. Recently, one of the ACs had an issue even after the warranty had expired. To our surprise, their team still came and fixed it without any hassle. Rare to see such genuine and responsible service these days.

Mr. Gulshan was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly installed the Ac , explained everything clearly, and about the uses and funtion. The service was done neatly, with proper attention to detail, and my New AC is now finally installed working fine his experience during the installation is superb! Pahuja AC Providers prshant dixit is very humble and coordinated the entire process smoothly. Their customer support was responsive, and they ensured that everything was handled on time.

The service they provide is the worst. I purchased Hitachi AC from them 2 years ago and it got dis functional. They took advance from me and promised to get it repaired in 3-4 days now it’s about 25 days they are not able arrange the part and now stopped picking up the phone calls too. Better avoid them go with Croma / Vijay sales etc.
