Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs I had a terrible experience with Malik AC repair Service in Indirapuram (booked trusting these ratings). They claimed there was a gas leakage in my AC, did some basic repairs, and refilled the gas — but after all that, the AC stopped cooling completely. I’ve called them 5-6 times since then, and every time they promised to send a technician but never followed through. Their behavior is extremely unprofessional, with zero commitment to customer satisfaction. It feels like they target first-time callers, do a poor job, and then disappear when there are issues. This is not how genuine service providers operate. I strongly advise others to stay away — there are far better and more reliable AC services out there. My AC has a pile of ice in the front grill and completely useless as there's no cooling. However, ice is still there 😞 😞 Extremely disappointed 👎👎

I purchased a window AC two years ago, and since then, it has been nothing but trouble. We were informed that there was a gas leakage, and despite multiple service requests, the issue remains unresolved. The AC has been taken for repair three times, yet the problem persists. Moreover, their after-sales service is practically non-existent — they rarely, if ever, answer calls or respond to follow-ups. Very dissatisfied with both the product and the support.
