Voltas AC Installation - Very Disappointing Experience The installation experience was extremely poor. The technician initially made incorrect connections, and I had to intervene to get them fixed. He was more interested in inflating the bill with additional services than in properly explaining the AC’s functionality. When I asked about the installation warranty, his response was, "Poore saal ka theka maine to nahi liya." Very unprofessional. When I raised a complaint with the service center executive (who called for the OTP), his attitude was equally bad. His only goal was to get the OTP and close the call. When I refused to share the OTP due to unresolved issues, he threatened that I wouldn’t be able to claim the warranty and then abruptly disconnected the call. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall installation experience from Voltas.

Very good service centre

Worst service provider, expert in giving the excuses not in solutions. Logged a complaint on 19th May and now it's 1st June. Still not a single call or visit and even starts misbehaving when call for the service request status.

Pathetic service.Scheduled installation for today by 6pm then said it will be by 8pm it has not been done yet. Really a poor service provider. Also do not answer the calls. Horrible service

Pathetic service from this service center don't go with today my installation is scheduled for 1pm and they are not answering my call till now(6pm). don't ever go with these guys not trustable
