Daikin Authorised Dealer

They provided a faulty AC unit and that too an O general AC. It started developing issues within 2 months of usage. And let me clarify, I bought a new AC not a second hand or used AC. There technicians are not able to identify the issue and now they are not even picking my calls. And even if they pick up sometimes, they say yes we will attend to your issue and they never turn up after that. Based on the horrific experience I have experienced in past 1 year, I would suggest DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP

I was referred to this vendor by some known contact. The owner and his staff are rude and arrogant and they lack customer empathy. The person has grown big and that success has gone to his head. He is not bothered If your business requests are serviced on time or not or whether you have paid everything in advance or not. For everything they will charge you. Even his sales executives consider themselves to be some bigshot. I will never suggest to do business with this vendor.

Guys pls do not buy Daikin AC ever and never. Product 0 service 0 behaviour 0. I called them to visit and check my AC as it was not working but the authorised dealer clearly refused and said that you can speak to the showroom only from where I bought my AC. Finally I decided to buy new AC other than Daikin after multiple calls/messages.

The owner (mr goyal) is a greedy and unethical person, they sell under false pretense and once the item is sold and half installed then they play their cards, the owner will call his men and told them to tell the owner that now he will have to pay for the installation and for the raw material which they said was free at the time of selling, and their excuse was you have bought the wrong brand, you should bought another, not only they even asked us that installation will only be possible if we buy the raw material from them, otherwise it can't be installed. The owner is a vicious man, don't recommend anyone to buy from here, there are plenty of shops out there try them.

Don’t ever buy any product from them, its been 2 months since we are struggling to get our Ac’s fixed and unit are also not working fine, every time different person comes and tells different story and another problem is spotted. Just don’t buy!!!
