Perfect Cool Point

Scam alert — do not trust this service! I booked AC service from Perfect Cool Point and paid ₹4000. Sajid came for the service, did some basic cleaning, and then told me gas top-up was not included and we’d have to recharge it separately, even though that should’ve been part of the service. What shocked me the most — during the service, he was on a call with another customer and told her the exact same story. Same excuse, same scam — it was crystal clear he was fooling her too. After a few days, my AC stopped cooling again. I tried calling him, and he made false promises to visit, but then completely stopped responding. This guy is running a scam. He takes your money, gives half-service, and then disappears. Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, and not to be trusted. Never book from this shop!

Terrible experience — do not trust this service! I booked an AC service from Perfect Cool Point recently and deeply regret it. Sajid (the serviceman and owner) took ₹5000 for the service, and within days the AC started giving problems again. When I contacted him, he kept saying he would come, but after two days, he completely stopped answering calls. This man is not trustworthy. He took the money and vanished — absolutely no follow-up, no professionalism. It feels like I’ve been scammed. Do not ever book from this shop — they are cheats. Stay away!
