I am very disappointed with the AC service I received. The technician did not properly check the gas leakage issue, and after just a few days, the cooling problem returned. When I contacted the service team again, they refused to fix it under warranty, even though the gas refill and service were supposed to be covered. This is not acceptable from a trusted service provider. Poor customer support, no proper warranty claim, and complete lack of responsibility. I do not recommend their service to anyone
