I got my AC serviced. The work was excellent. The behavior was also very good.

Poor service. I had got the AC installed by them. The gas ran out just 2 months after the installation. I called them again and they checked and found a leakage where they had welded the pipe joint. And then they filled the gas again and charged the full amount for that too. The gas had leaked due to their mistake.

Unprofessional service. Trial and error method used to come to a resolution. Charged for the trial and error without any solution. Carelessly handled the job resulting in dirt marks on walls having to spend on unnecessary paint job. Such basic care is expected from them but not provided. Extremely careless. My walls are filled with their hand dirt and dark spots. Not even knowledgeable about the basic AC issue. The technician was constantly on phone asking someone else how to fix the changed part and still couldn't solve it. Pathetic service. Will not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

Good price, ok than other service providers but their services are highly appreciated, no comparison with their quality work. Fully satisfied. 5 star ⭐
