Worst service...I bought this AC last year and placed a request for its service but the servicemen is so ill mannered that he don't have any way to behave with customers and cancel the call according to their will. They use most abusive languages on call and don't even bother about the complaint. And the feild executives are so rude that they even not ready to listen your side even if you are not present at home....Worst worst worst service I have ever experienced. And the staff is also so rude that they directly said "MAM CALL CANCEL KAR DI" without listening to your side.

5 years ago we have purchased a mitsubishi Electric Air conditioner , one year it was working fine but next year problem start to comes Air conditioner was not doing cooling well, we called customer service and complaint about this, he send a machanic and that person told us about gas linkage in air conditioner he filled gas in air conditioner and charges some amount , then next year same problem comes out gas linkage it happened again and again, every year same problem came occurs, we are really disappoint after purchasing this air conditioner, Now this year it is not working fine again we called mitsubishi customer service and complaint, A person came and said for air conditioner Coil part change and asked for 15k charge for this part, also said that give 30k and we will provide a new AC unit same as per your previous. I think this is the biggest mistake of my life to purchase your's product (mitsubishi Electric air conditioner) now what to do for this?
