Pathetic installation of window AC. The technicians install the AC in a tilted setting, do not rectify the mistake even after pointing out. After installation, the technicians turn on the AC. Keep it on for about 10 mins and start telling me that there is no cooling which must be the result of gas leakage. And it would cost 2400 rupees for gas checking and refill. I pay them the installation charges and they leave the place leaving behind all the wood pieces and shrapnels generated during installation. After their departure I receive a call from their supervisor telling me that there's a needle valve missing in the ac and there is no gas either. So he can give me some discount if I agree to get the gas filled within next 30 mins. This is calculated fraud by the faston services. The prime question remains unanswered is that how would a technician know that there is a valve missing if he has not yet even checked for the leakages of gas. The so called professionally created debris can be seen the images attached.

Worst service, after fixing back stabilizers , technician didn't even bother to cross check if ac is working..need to have trained staff and professional, best to go with Urban company

Biggest fraud in market. They repaired cooling coil of daikin ac and gave warranty of months and gas leaked again within 2 months they stopped picking calls.
