LG Service Center - Prince Electronics

Pathetic service..My complain was for my parents house…Firstly the technician came after 2 days of complain and then he charged 1600 for small repair work and 1400 for the appliance which was of 1200 plus visiting charges and argued as well once asked about the high charges. I tried calling the shop but after hearing the complain the owner girl disconnected the call intentionally..Please dont take device from this shop…They are very unprofessional…

They look like a complete fraud service center! Highly unprofessional — they act like your call is registered, then send some random third-party guy who straightaway says a part needs replacing and demands ₹3000. On top of that, they wanted to take my LED TV with them, but when I asked for a receipt, they refused to give anything! I called the so-called service center 26 times, and not a single call was answered. This is nothing but daylight robbery. People like this are looting customers in the name of service. Totally fraud, totally irresponsible — beware of them!

Poor service they don’t even listen the problem. And later don’t receive your call. 3rd class services. Zero mannered staff
