16/9/25 - HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE experience. One should never buy anything because the service is extremely POOR. My refrigerator required some part to be replaced as it wasn't working, the required part has not been even reached the store yet and it's been more than 20 days. They don't even know the ETA for that part. There is no estimate time given to customer. None wants to help you. Not even a single piece of information was given to customer. Not even a single call was made. NEVER EVER go for reliance digital for product purchase, as they will drain you with their PATHETIC customer service once you make the purchase. No one takes accountability but will make commitments they forgets once the call gets disconnected. Better go with local shop and sellers for better service and experience. 9/10/26 - Utterly disappointing experience with Reliance Digital. Even after raising the matter to their customer service head, nothing has changed. Weeks have gone by and they still have no clarity or timeline for the replacement part. Their handling of this issue shows a complete lack of responsibility and coordination. Every assurance vanishes once the call ends — no updates, no ownership, and no urgency to resolve anything. This kind of service can completely exhaust a customer’s patience. Avoid Reliance Digital altogether if you don’t want endless follow-ups and empty promises. Choose a local or independent seller who actually cares about post-sale support.
