Shreeji service - Whirlpool service center

Fraud, not an authorised service centre. Does not give genuine service and service men do not even have company I'd cards I have my personal experience, I have a whirlpool proton series refrigerator that stopped working and it was under warranty. I called this service centre and they sent a service man. I didn't receive any message from company about complaint tracking number. Then the service man named Sohaib Rana, came for inspection and said that there is a compressor issue and this will be replaced. He demanded for his service charge and ensured that he'll get a new compressor and replace it, he also acted professionally and took billing details and clicked photos of the same. After two days when we contacted the same number and enquired the details, they told that this is just dealership and not service centre, we now need to contact the helpline number. I did the same and helpline number told me that there hasn't been any complaint with them in regards to my complaint. I had to again pay for visit charge to the real Whirlpool service man and this time I received complaint number also. These guys are doing fraud and they even blocked my number. I have also complained about them on the helpline email but no action has been taken yet. Beware of such fraudulent people

The technician was polite and knowledgeable, giving me an estimated cost for the whirlpool fridge service center in Indore. He also suggested additional services to enhance the refrigerator performance, which made me realize that your team is indeed committed to providing quality service to its customers.

Very bad service, machine has not been installed for 13 days. Whirlpool should not hire this type of technician (Narendra Chaudhar) to improve their service. This is having a bad impact on their company.

It is fraud service center , they will claim to be authorised service center, repair the machine, take money , will never give its receipt , on asking for it will say that you will get it on whattsup, which will never be sent.they will give garantee on products parts and than will never entertain your complaint.Be careful of the froud company.I have made a written complaint to the company, lets see what they do or not do.
