Recently contacted Cooling Engineers for outdoor waterleak complaint. Their response was articulate. The staffs were kind, skillful and punctual. The work was done crisp and clean. Cleanse of condenser coil and drain pipe and other works were explained well to us. The management staff were responsive. Would recommend.

I have hired them for complete AC cleaning and gas refilling as it was around 2 years we last serviced our AC. The service person who worked took utmost responsibility in cleaning it using pressure pump and done the work to perfection. The best part was they suggested on some precautionary measures on our AC wiring and plug point which was near an accessible area to kids which would be dangerous if unattended. They even asked me to get that socket and fixed it immediately so that it would avoid potential risks. Overall I will rate them 5 out of 5 and will surely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I did servicing of Blue Star inverter AC in Aug 2023 . Service was promptly attended. Trouble identified and rectified. Poor Air flow ( Evaporator clogged) , same servicing/ cleaning carried out . Job done well satisfied. Observed staffs well trained .
