⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE-STAR EXPERIENCE I had an outstanding experience with MR. GOPI, and I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, honesty, and communication were exceptional. He carefully inspected both the indoor and outdoor AC units and explained everything in a clear, transparent manner. What truly stood out was how approachable and conversational he was throughout the entire process. Nothing felt hidden or shady—he showed us the issues inside the unit, took photos, and patiently explained them to both me and my mother. He made sure we understood everything and never made the process feel uncomfortable or unapproachable. He was refreshingly honest about the condition of the AC, explaining that since it’s quite old, repairing it would not be beneficial in the long run. Even though the repair would have cost around ₹4,500, he clearly told us that it might stop working again in a month or two and advised against spending that money unnecessarily. Instead of pushing a costly repair, he only charged the service fee and left. That level of integrity is rare and deserves real appreciation. I also want to clearly mention that when he connected us with a real estate broker, it was not for personal gain or to make any extra money. He simply had the contact and genuinely wanted to help us out. If the owner (or management) is reading this review, please do not misunderstand his intention—his actions came purely from goodwill and a desire to assist, nothing else. Overall, this was an exceptional, stress-free experience marked by honesty, professionalism, modesty, and excellent communication. MR. GOPI is a true asset to any company. If he isn’t already being rewarded for his work, he absolutely deserves a raise. Highly recommended—this was a perfect five-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
