I called for service for my OG AC based on the review given by the customers. One of the worst service they have made, also they spoiled my indoor cooling coil. Very unprofessional technicians. Please don’t prefer them. After their service I changed my complete indoor coil from OG. I spent 7000 rs and till now they are not refunded back. Attached few pics of their quality of service.Please don’t use this service.

Please do not buy OGeneral Ac in Tamil Nadu. They don't have proper customer service. No support available in Tamil. Support will take 24 working hours (3 days) to move to first level The support person will take 48 hours ( 6 days ) to reach you.
