Technician visited and removed the cloth within 5-10 mins and charged Rs. 550/- ... persons giving 5 star rating seem to be relatives or friends of owner. I suggest never get service from here. Even if I called someone from agency, they would not have charged much.

They are good in doing their job and do a great repair work. However, set your expectations very clearly in the beginning to avoid any ambiguity and delays. I am very satisfied with the repairs of my LG microwave and Philips toaster.

I repaired my washing machine from this company last month. The drum of my machine wasn’t spinning. They replaced several parts and made a (bill of 5000) whereas the value of the parts was only 2000. They said they will give me 1-year warranty and they are responsible if it breaks down again. Now, exactly after 1 month, the same problem has occurred. I have been calling them for three days, but no answer nor is their person who came for repair named Sanjay picking up the phone. This is a fraudulent company; they charge three times the actual amount by fooling people and first trap them with the promise of a warranty and many fake promises.. No one should ever take their services. Very traumatic experience. BEWARE FROM THIS COMPANY
