Worst service provider in chandigarh for lg washing machine,they charged me 3500 for repair but problem can't b solved,they are having totally fake and un experienced staff for repair.plz do not stuck in their scam

This is shifted to Industrial Area Phase 2, Search Orbit hotel and u will find the new location easily. Thank me later

Worst experience with the LG. They have provided so many platforms to contact for complaint but hv no staff to attend the complaint. You keep on dialing one or other number available and they will keep on messaging will contact you in 24 hrs and finally no one call you back. They act like they are working in govt office. Highly non recommended

Worst service ever. I requested for service as my fridge wasn't cooling. Fisrt of all they did come and charged me service in advance and they didn't visit till 15 days, I gave them a call they keep on stalling and after 5 days they visited and fix the compressor. Then my fridge did working properly but the gas they put it in was overloaded and because of it water was coming down from the fridge due to the mositure then I have kids at home they may slip and fall due to water I called them to fix this water coming out problem again after 2-3 calls they came and what they did is my fridge agin stopped cooling. Again I had to call them and request for service again its been more than 2 days now no one has visited yet and customer care claimed to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Worst service experience with so called life good (LG) Company. Despite change of compressor within 1 year after so many requests, I m again facing problem. They at their own closed the complaints without obtaining Happiness Code.
