I brought new Panasonic 1.5 ton non inverter split AC last month. since its installation it has cooling issues. i filed a complaint, they changed the gas, but the issue was not sorted, so i filed complaint again. their technician visited and said everything is ok. but it is not ok. the cooling my AC gives at 16° is same as it gives at 24°. after 2nd technical visit i filed multiple complaints and even write an email to official email id 3 time over a period of approx 10 days, but none were entertained. Also panasonic ac was supposed to give 4 way cooling, but its sideways swing is mannual, it means if u want to change the direction of flow from side to side you have to climb up on a stool or chair to adjust the direction every time, as the indoor unit is usually placed around 7 feet height. its up and down swing is also very irritating, it has 5 flow stops, if you want to keep it on auto swing you have to press swing button 5 times, otherwise it will not go on auto swing. it is seriously very irritating. I am very much fed up with panasonic service and also from its cooling and useless features. i will never recommend anyone to buy panasonic ac.

Extremely rude girl who makes call for demo service..when i told her i dont need demo since i hv already started using it..she threatened that if something happens in future dont call us..i am gooing to complain about her to the panasonic head office
