Today, I had the first free service for my Samsung 5-star Windfree AI AC performed by the Samsung Service Center, owned by Mr. Manoj Khurana. Just as I experienced an excellent installation on the same day, Mr. Khurana ensured prompt service this time as well. Within 15 minutes of my call, engineer Mr. Heera Singh arrived at my official residence with his colleague. Mr. Singh serviced the AC thoroughly and maintained complete cleanliness. He also resolved the issue of water droplets falling from the indoor unit. Mr. Singh and his colleague worked efficiently, without haste, and to my complete satisfaction. They also provided valuable information about using the Samsung AC effectively.
