Service is extremely bad. They usually take 7-8 days to respond once for any complaint raised. After that, they usually say that some part is pending for arrival and close the complaint. Then they take their own sweet time to rectify if at all. 3 times I had to deal with them. Every time, it took more than a month from my registering the complaint to finally getting it solved. Never taking Lloyd ACs again.
