Worst service. No service at all. Very bad behaviour. Our ac was not fitted properly by them. Rain water keeps dripping in our house and now won't even come to repair it. Keeps saying this is not our area.... Then how come they installed it in our house. Really the worst kind of people. We are still facing problem due to water dripping. They don't know how to install an ac.

Never Depend on these people they are the Worst . 1st No call Response. 2nd when I called them they have Different rates like Sabji bhaji. Ye wali pipe ka Rate XYZ Installation XYZ and ift Different pipe then alag charge . With in 2 mins they Change the Rates. Hitachi should Block them as a Vendor. Really Regret to say.

Frauds! Going to file police complaint against them for opening my ac and not fixing it till now since a month. They took the payment and have not delivered a motor since 3 weeks.

They resolved the issue right away. No non sense, straight to business. While it took a while to repair the ac, the service was as per my availability and up to the mark.
