I raised a complaint regarding my AC breakdown in response to which service boy was sent by Amrtansh service Bhopal. After inspection they told that my outdoor unit pcb is damaged and total cost will go around 6800. After fixing the pcb they asked for old pcb to take with them which I refused. At first they wanted to give me discount of Rs 1200 in exchange of old pcb but when I denied and was ready to pay complete amount of Rs6800 so they started to tamper the old pcb. This clearly indicates that either the old pcb was in working condition or if not was repairable. I didn’t knew whether after tampering my pcb was working or not. Later I called a technician who fixed my AC for Rs 350 for which these guys were charging me Rs6800.
