Front desk executive lady does not have any ethics when it comes to handle customer. Due to lockdown i missed my receipt. Instead of acknowledging it and finding best solution, she asked me to get a notarized letter. Pathetic service when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Worst staff,i have given my intex tower speaker for repair instead of repairing it they just changed the volume control panel of 1500 rs and when I reached to receive it the problem remains the same and they told me that it was fine yesterday when we were testing it and they didn't even call back,they didn't inform you.in short they provide you the false information of your product that this part is damaged or something like that but actually the picture is different.

Took UPS for repair. They tried to sell a new battery for 600VA UPS instead of repairing it. Battery cost told was 1000 Rs whereas the same battery in market was available for 700 Rs.
