Five stars for the Authorized dealer AS Corporation, Bhopal but one star deducted as the dealer is let down by after sales- installation process. Continuous follow up and multiple installation requests need to be logged. Also multiple acknowledgement messages are received without any calls from service engineer. The whole installation process seems to be farce . However, kudos to Mr. Zubair khan for explaining about each product in detail, which helped in our decision making. He ensured that the unit is promptly delivered. Somehow he seemed to be helpless due to very casual attitude by the installation process. He answered our every call and did his best to ensure that the AC gets installed within 48 hours of purchase.

Voltas 2 Ton 4-Star AC cools quickly and works well for large rooms, with decent energy efficiency and moderate noise. However, the water pipe hasn’t been connected yet, so drainage can’t be tested. Overall, a good performer so far.
