I booked a service for my Carrier AC, which I purchased from the Value Plus store. The service team did a good job cleaning the indoor unit in front of me. However, I was not present when they serviced the outdoor unit. It seems they only sprayed water over it, and it still looks too dirty. I don’t think it has been cleaned properly. However, the Carrier agent claims it is clean. I will attach a photo for reference. Apart from this issue, everything else was good.

Worst experience, they will sell you costly and then ask to more money with pipe cost and other stuff, please prefer buying from reliance digital store as this is nothing related to reliance. Owner is talk you you sweetly and make you fool, please check model and manufacturing year before taking ac, i got 1 year older AC 23 model not 24 model DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE

Good Service And Product

There is something fishy with this company. I tell you. I have registered complaint over Carrier customer care. they forward to Reliance and allot an engineer. BUT AFTER SOMETIME THEY CANCELLED MY COMPLAINT FROM THE SAYSTEM OF CARRIER AND REGISTERED A NEW COMPLAINT FROM MY NAME WITH THEIR RELIANCE SYSTEM. This is the major issue here. Rest for prices etc they do not negotiate for a single penny. Whatever they decide the will draw from you. Staff is also little rude need to be more polite.
