We visited ERA Radios to check out Xiaomi TVs, but the owner and staff forcefully showed us Elista TVs instead and pressured us to buy one. They made false promises, saying that if we didn’t like the TV after taking it home, we could return it easily. However, when we informed them within just one hour of purchase that we wanted to return the TV, they spoke to us very rudely. The owner is arrogant and proud, and the staff is extremely disrespectful — especially the person who handles phone calls. We had to visit their shop two days in a row and tolerate their misbehavior just to get our money back. Even while returning our money, they spoke to us very badly and behaved with zero professionalism or courtesy. They only agreed to take the TV return after a lot of arguments. When they have to sell a product, they speak very sweetly, but once they get the payment, they completely ignore and mistreat the customer. What’s worse is that they even post fake reviews on Google under their customers’ names — they even posted one using my parents’ name without permission! ⚠️ My honest advice: Do not visit this shop. They are fraudulent and dishonest, they cheat their customers, and their behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional.
