I got my whirlpool white magic washing machine serviced from Mr Roshan. He is absolutely professional in outlook and very polite. The service was excellent and timely and the charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Mr Roshan for any issues related to washing machines.

One of the worst service ever and demanding and pushing only for the AMC services. In the initial discussion they say that it will charge more and when we deny they comeback again and pich for a lesser amount saying that they will provide the service without Bill. Very Arrogant behaviour by Mr. Rohit and Team.

Great service. They are very cost friendly and very technical. Very helpful guys. They know it in and out. I would always recommend. I called for refrigerator repair and they could know everything and explained everything. Did for the benefit of customer too. Caring and knowledgable guys.

Since it was the closest to my house, I called smart care. They also have 5 star reviews online. I was very disappointed by what actually happened. They wanted me to pay almost 6000 rupees for parts which in reality cost less than 1000 in total. Fortunately, I did a google search and realised that they were trying to fleece me. I sent them off by paying the labour fee and got it done by someone else for about 1400 including labour. They claim to be a professional company but they don't even give a bill or break up.
