Lenovo Service Center - Sysnet Global Technologies (P) Limited

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Lenovo service center. The staff behaved as if listening to customers was a rare skill they had no interest in practicing. The level of customer service was so poor that it genuinely felt like I had walked into a place where customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. My laptop battery is completely dead, and I only wanted to buy a new original battery. Unfortunately, even this simple request turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff did not listen properly to my issue, repeatedly cut the call in the middle of conversations, and eventually stopped answering my calls altogether. When I visited the service center in person, the experience became even more discouraging. The staff showed zero interest in understanding the problem and provided no clear information about battery availability, pricing, or the process involved. Instead, I was casually asked to leave my laptop there and was vaguely told that some “charges” would apply—without any explanation, transparency, or accountability. I did not feel safe or confident leaving my laptop with them. The overall behavior came across as careless, unprofessional, and unreliable. Despite multiple visits and repeated attempts to contact them, nothing changed, and the same disappointing experience was repeated every time. If this service center is not capable of handling basic customer requests like a battery replacement, it should be closed instead of wasting customers’ time. This kind of service damages Lenovo’s brand image. I strongly do not recommend this service center to anyone.

Worst ever service centre! They just looted ₹800 from me for nothing. All they did was open my laptop, act like they are checking, reapply some useless stuff, and then say the same thing that a local shop had already told me – “motherboard not working.” What’s the point of a service centre if you’re only doing formality work? I even asked them for a quotation for a new Acer motherboard, and till now no call, no message, nothing. Pathetic and careless service. Feels like they only care about taking money, not solving problems. Totally wasted my time and money.

This is not a service center it is a place of rude and arrogent peoples. The Store manager does not even talk properly to solve the problem they are not ready to listen the problem.shut down this store there is no use of such store

I visited this place as a friend needed a replacement for a laptop subwoofer. When we enquired about the subwoofer, the service representative was least concerned with answering our questions and was not at all courteous. It is the official authorised service center for Lenovo, and it's a shame that it's being run like this. Not a good experience.
