Croma - Seven Hills

Worst service. I purchased a new washing machine, and the service was extremely poor. When I tried to contact the store, they said they didn’t know when the delivery would happen. I finally received the delivery after 1.5 days. After that, I called them regarding the installation. They told me that the technician would come randomly. What kind of response is this? There was no proper reply at all. Full of commitments and zero fulfillment. I am still waiting for them ,sitting at home and unable to go anywhere.

Not at all a good experience, ordered washing machine and Geyser on two different occasions and both the time was assured that the delivery will be there next day and was also issued a date on the invoice , but unfortunately both the time they came up with same reason that their vehicle failed. Very disappointed and would never again shop with them. 4 days wasted with the anticipation of delivery and installation. Customer service very poor and no value for your time. I had to ring them several times to make sure they are delivering, but no use. I had to travel to my home town place for election voting but due to lack of service and false assurance it has prevented me from performing my voting rights.

Absolutely pathetic service – Croma Seven Hills (beside Atithi Hotel) I purchased a television to watch it, not to store it in my house while your so-called services move at a snail’s pace. Once I have paid the full amount, it is your responsibility to provide delivery and installation within a reasonable time. This is basic customer service. Instead, Croma has completely ruined the experience. The excitement of buying a new television has turned into pure frustration and anger because of your delays, false assurances, and lack of coordination. No proper information was given at the time of purchase. First delivery is delayed, then installation is delayed, and all we get is “wait for our call”. The sales staff misleads customers, and the manager takes zero responsibility, claiming they don’t even track their own services. Is this how Croma treats customers after taking their money? This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. I deeply regret purchasing from this showroom and strongly warn others not to buy from here

Very unprofessional Purchased the product on 26 /12/25 and it was delivered at 27/12/25. 5 days since and the installation is not done yet. Called multiple times to consumer care number as I think the people in the shop does not know how to receive calls. Gives only false accurance. Worst experience ever while buying any electronic product. I think that the only option left is to knock the door of the court....

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY ELECTRONICS Please think twice before purchasing anything from this croma cause they promise one thing and deliver extremely poor product They are good with u untill u buy a product from them and after that they dont even pick up ur call and even in store they act rudely Purchased a refrigerator from them and it was defective they said it will replaced within one day and its been 15 days since and now they are saying that its not defective there is nt i can do im stuck with this and now they are just playing the blame game This was promised to me that i wont receive this kind of thing in my product at the time of delivery
