"Very bad experience". Agree with other feedbacks regarding worst services. Their staff is argumentative will treat you as if you are illiterate. Before final deal get everything cleared they have number of excuses to prove you wrong. Very first day of purchase went worst. Their delivery partner is slo like them so arrogant and shows attitude. Argument like a landlord. Denied to offload machine to second floor and demanded excess money for offloading and taking old machine machine down stairs. Made excuse he can't offload due to disk problem even forced his companion not to help. and when given money both of them offloaded old machine and went away without taking new machine upstairs. I had to call workers from nearby to take machine upstairs. Worried if starting is like this what will happen further.

Worst service and worst experience. Worst is also an understatement. The owner Manchanda does not know how to behave with customers. Don't know how a brand like Mitsubishi has given them the franchise. Would recommend people to beware of them.

The shop is on the main road and is sleasy to reach. Very fine dealing, staff is very cooperative.
