I went to Samsung service center and they were giving different excuses to me and all the customers. The workers here do not listen to the problem and ignore it.The place is over crowded, causing delayed services. The management fails at managing the customers and address their grievances. Also, the customers do not cooperate when it gets out of management's hands. Rest, there is cleanliness, though the token system is a bit faulty. Rest the environment here was good, cleanliness was also good, And drinking water was also available

🔴 Drinkable Water tank was empty ✅️ my waiting time : 11:30 am to 2:00 pm ( to get my Samsung screen replaced) ✅️good sitting facilities for customers to wait ✅️ Air conditioned waiting area ✅️ phone repair on 1st floor

Very happy frome care services they help me a lot to solve my query very helpful person all staff are good fully air-conditioning chilled place

Just visited here not good experience they tried to obviate giving unnecessary excuses

Third class service center. I submitted my tablet for screen replacement. They submitted for 10 days and when I received the glue was not done properly and screen was coming out from top. I asked then Shahid told me it will fix after heating on usage but it's still not fixed. Moreover Samsung after sales is worst.
