I purchased a TCL Television from them, and unfortunately, due to a manufacturing defect, an issue arose in the television. As soon as I raised the complaint, they took it on a priority basis and ensured that the technician visit my place at the earliest to check the issue. After his visit, he confirmed the defect and ensured that the panel needs to be replaced. Later on, when they had a discussion, they decided to communicate with the company that, as this is a very recent purchase and panel replacement is not the solution for this. In this case, the entire unit needs to be replaced, and they convinced the company to replace the television with the new one. Finally, it got replaced with the new one, which resolved my issue completely. I am highly satisfied with the product and after after-sales service that I have received.
