I am sharing my personal experience.."my ac installation takes 6 hours", I called them and got an answer at the first call , i asked them to install my old at a new place, as per commitment the technician came to my place but 1.5 hours late , then he started servicing, but he was alone,so i asked him , they said one more technician is on the way .. but after 70 % of work done , one person came. With parts that i already mentioned for installation on the first call , overall work is done, but if it was managed properly, then i think I'll get installation early. The overall experience was good. But after wasting 6 hours .. Overall behaviour is also good .. decent work.
