LG Ahmedabad Navrangpura Service Center (LG Owned Center)

Yesterday, I have booked a technician for my LG smart converter fully top loaded automatic 7 KG washing machine and they promise to send the technician within 24 hours and I have received the call from the technicians yesterday morning that they will be visiting my house between 4 to 5 till now, he haven’t visited And the company is not giving the proper answers, just giving me to technicians number. You can call the technician by your own and ask why he didn’t arrive. When I asked them to connect me to their senior. They disconnect my call. Totally disappointed with this service centre and guys never ever believe on them. From my personal experience, I am saying this.

LG is becoming regressive in its approach to India. After IPO its service quality has degraded significantly. Imagine a leading Global Consumer Electronics company’s self-owned and maintained Service Centre with no water purifier to dispense water for its customers. It has stopped providing Annual Maintenance Contracts for any product which is older than five years - imaging purchasing a purchasing an OLED TV costing 4 lakhs or an RO for Rs. 30,000 with a lifespan of only 5 years. This is very unexpected of a reliable and trustworthy company that LG used to be.
