The Owner does the work very promptly. I purchased AC in June. It was good experience with him for purchase Window AC. Ac has 5 years warranty of Gas and equipment. But can i verify the warranty period registered or not.

Poor servicing post purchase. My fridge is not working for the past 10 days in this extreme heat that too only after 1 year of purchase. The store has given a damaged product which did not even worked one year properly. And after asking multiple times what could be done they are misguiding Us that the part is on the way and just needed to be delivered from noida. On concluding I have a very bad experience with both the store n the product as they are not willing to help the customer in need.

My self yogendra Singh I purchased split ac for my father. I am from delhi but my father stayed near by agra town than I decided to buy from agra. I called more than 50times to anikat Sharma owner of ever time he pickup my phone and even his staff so much cooperative even some of the point they favor on customer benefits. I don't know why people write wrong things.

I had a very bad experience with Mahima Enterprises and I did not know that a reputed company like Voltas is working with Mahima Enterprises which oppresses the customers. Threatens the customers. Service is a far cry. They do not have time to listen to customer complaints. I will not say much because I have so much proof that I will gradually make you all aware as soon as possible.

Helped me during emergency time, my parents were desperate during intense heatwave, I paid online from Udaipur at 8 30 pm and AC and fridge was delivered to mom and Dad by 9 30 pm, very prompt and efficient service, helped me a lot during critical time. 🙏🙏🙏
