Wide variety of products at very competitive price and very good behaviour of staff

Poor services. We purchased a fridge a year ago they have made all sorts of excuses but never once have they helped us with the services of the fridge. First they sold us a fridge that has several issues as reported by the customers (one of their service agents have told us this) without any liability to them as the seller. Then every time we would complain they would make some excuse and say we'll contact the agency and then wouldn't reply for weeks. We would've been better off buying the product online as e-commerce platforms like amazon have great customer services and they try their best to help the customer. Horrible experience.
