LG Service Centre - Agra

The persons who are employed for customers are not serious about their job. They pick up the call and talk in a manner less way. They just cut the call without fully listening to the issue and even don't answer the problem. I have never seen such insincere employees at the service centre.

Staff is really very unprofessional. They picked the call and busy in their own merriment, don't listen to the customer and hang up the call without addressing the issue. When try to contact back, no one picked the call and no call back arranged. Kindly hire some professionals those who are serious about their jobs.
